We stayed in a Club Double Room and it was super spacious with a separate sitting area. Everything was warm and cozy. Plenty of nice towels and pillows, which was great. The TV had Freeview, so we could chill out in the evenings. I liked that there were lots of hangers in the wardrobe too. Only thing was, not a lot of light in the dressing area. But overall, the room was lovely.

Charming outdoor grounds, diverse restaurant offerings, unique afternoon tea experience
There are several areas needing urgent attention!!! The noise from events can ruin any chance of a good night's sleep, and security features in the rooms seem practically non-existent!!!

staying here was a breeze with lovely staff who made everything easy and smooth, and I also loved that the Whalley Viaduct was just a short walk away, perfect for those city strolls. the hotel offers sizable rooms which are great for relaxing after a day of exploring, but I noticed the mattress in my room could use some updating.

The Food here had a tasty presentation and the staff’s commitment to service stood out, although the decor felt like it needed an update and certain amenities were lacking. Disappointing breakfast service needs improvement, but the stay was enjoyable overall.

The stay in the Club Double Room was quite pleasant, highlighted by a lovely sitting area and a well-designed bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The breakfast offered a fresh, appetizing buffet, though ordering tea resulted in lukewarm servings. Unfortunately, the overall breakfast experience was disorganized, with cold food and some maintenance issues in the room like dim lighting and a malfunctioning fan.

The location stands out with a nice blend of charming outdoor grounds, perfect for a morning stroll. The restaurant area has been beautifully refurbished, creating a pleasant atmosphere where guests can enjoy a meal.
Unfortunately, the room condition left much to be desired. it felt outdated and cold, a stark contrast to the beautiful lobby. I also encountered quite a noise problem during the stay. a disco event kept the music blasting until 2 AM, making it hard to get any sleep. communication regarding hotel amenities was lacking. upon check-in, I received little guidance about breakfast options or where to find additional facilities. And let’s not even start on the breakfast service—things were disorganized, with long waits and lukewarm tea. My experience suggests a significant revamp is needed to truly meet expectations.

Our stay was for a special family event, and we loved the spaciousness of our ground floor disabled room. It was lovely and warm, with a separate sitting area, and we appreciated the ample towels and pillows provided. The heated swimming pool was a hit with our grandsons, who also enjoyed the bar's reasonable drinks. The ambiance was enjoyable with Halloween decorations adding a nice touch.
